Many times clients are faced with building component failures such as water intrusion, structural defects, and many other issues that affect a building's performance. Ms. Caffey is able to conduct an analysis of those building component failures, provide property condition assessments, perform third party building envelope reviews, and coordinate field testing on building components. She possesses the knowledge and skills over decades of experience to evaluate claims related to construction and/or design defects that result in building envelope failures. If need be, Ms. Caffey is able to represent our clients as an expert witness.

Often times our clients have an open permit or property that is not eleigible for a CO (certificate od occupancy) or find that an old permit is expired and was never closed. We make it our priority to maintain current knowledge of the local building codes, fire codes, and zoning ordinances so that we are able to identify the legal issues or code infractions and formulate a solution to get you back in business.
